How long does the car wash process take?
At Xpress Car Wash, it takes less than 3 minutes to complete a vehicle wash cycle. Our wash tunnel can handle multiple vehicles at a time in different wash stages, and it can process more than 200 cars per hour. This means that lineups at Xpress Car Wash move along quickly!
Do you offer gift cards?
Xpress Car Wash offers a variety of gift cards, including 1-month, 3-month and 6-month platinum car wash memberships. These make a great add-on gift for that special occasion. Please visit one of our 11 wash locations to obtain your gift card.
Can I use my membership at any location?
Yes, your Xpress Car Wash membership can be used at any of our 11 convenient locations serving Shreveport and Bossier City in Louisiana, as well as Tyler and Longview in Texas.
What types of payment do you accept?
Our Xpress Car Wash memberships can be purchased online using the Xpress Car Wash app or in-person at any of our 11 convenient locations. Xpress Car Wash accepts payment from all major credit cards, and subscriptions can be managed on the Xpress Car Wash app.
Do you offer any services for commercial vehicles?
Since commercial vehicles vary in size, we may not be able to accommodate all types of commercial vehicles at Xpress Car Wash. The maximum vehicle height for our wash locations is 84 inches and a maximum width of 96 inches. We recommend that customers with oversized vehicles ask for assistance prior to trying the wash.
What is your cancellation policy for memberships?
Xpress Car Wash membership plans can be upgraded or canceled at any time without penalty. Conveniently manage your Xpress Car Wash subscription by using our app.
Can I upgrade my membership package?
Memberships can be upgraded online by using the Xpress Car Wash app or in-person at a facility near you.
Do you offer any services for car detailing?
Xpress Car Wash offers convenient automatic car washing and free, self-serve vacuum stations with the purchase of a membership or single car wash. Xpress Car Wash does not offer additional vehicle-detailing services at any of our locations.
What safety measures are in place during the wash?
All of our facilities utilize high-tech washing technology with safety features and devices in place to shut down the wash system if a safety emergency occurs. This prevents damage to your vehicle and our wash system.
How often should I wash my car to maintain its appearance?
The beauty of an unlimited car wash membership is that you can wash your vehicle as often as you want to wash it.
Can I bring my pet in the car during the wash?
While Xpress Car Wash’s automatic car wash system is safe for vehicles and humans, it is possible that the noise, vibrations and lights of the wash tunnel may upset pets. Please use your own discretion when allowing your pet to ride along at Xpress Car Wash.
What should I do if I have a problem with my car after the wash?

Do you offer any promotions or special deals?

Do you offer any services for RV or camper washes?
Xpress Car Wash facilities do not accommodate RV or oversized camper vehicles. Although many smaller Class B-style camper vans may fit inside the car wash, additions (such as awnings and A/C units) may bring the vehicle outside our height and width restrictions. This can cause damage during the wash cycle. If you are unsure if your vehicle is acceptable for Xpress Car Wash, please visit one of our location attendants for help.
Do you offer any services for motorcycles or other small vehicles?
Our car wash facilities are built to accommodate vehicles of varying sizes, but they do have limitations. If you are unsure if your vehicle is too small or too large for our facilities, please speak to one of the attendants at your nearest location. Xpress Car Wash facilities are not made to wash motorcycles or ATVs.
